The option to mark time sheet errors as reviewed and turn the red exclamation point into a yellow check mark or similar would be amazing. When you have a timesheet with multiple alerts this would help identify those that have been reviewed apart from those that haven't.

Have error rules for Early start time, separate from Late Start time. Offer the ability to track late starts.

The option to select certain users or positions to enable mobile time clock, and to disable it for others.

When adding a user, allow an option to add them to multiple organizations right away versus just one.

Enable data syncing between ZoomShift and Gusto.

When shifts are offered, set a max for a Team Member to claim within the week.

Add an approval step when team members pick up shifts. This should be available for open shifts and shift cover requests.

When copying a week template allow Users to include Notes.

Allow Managers to adjust the order of the Time Off Request Categories.
